At Calvary Chapel it is our heart to have everyone who walks through the door ministered to and taught at their level, whether teenager, child, or adult. As a result we have a vision to reach our kids with His Word, His Love, and His Joy at their level. To maximize the teaching of God’s Word, our corporate services are designed for adult audiences. We do not allow children under the age of 11 in the main sanctuary during any of our corporate worship services to limit distractions, so we can better focus on God’s message. We do, however, offer a family room equipped with a high-def projector to view the service just next door that is available for those parents that wish to remain with their children. Again we are so glad that the Lord is moving in your heart to draw closer to Him and pray that you find Calvary to be a welcoming family!

Infants (0-12 Months):This is the place of first impression where children experience the love of God through His church. As infants encounter our loving volunteers, they learn what it means to belong to the larger family of God and parents can feel complete comfortable with the care their children receive. Pre-K (3-4 Years): (Must be Potty Trained)This is where children begin to embrace God as their Heavenly Father. We want them to know that God loves them and wants to be their friend. We do this by teaching God’s Word at their own comprehension level so that the principles and truths of Scripture become relevant to them at their early stage in life. (ALL GRADES ARE SPLIT UP INTO INDIVIDUAL GRADE LEVELS) |

K-1st Grade:This is where children are introduced to the critical concept of trusting God. Through interactive Bible Studies, crafts, and games, the kids are engaged at their level. Children are then given a fun and engaging recap of the Bible lesson to take home so that parents can reinforce the lesson with their child. 2nd-3rd Grade:This is where children begin moving into knowing and loving God. Through interactive Bible Studies, crafts, and games, the kids are engaged at their level. They are also challenged to begin taking ownership of their faith in reading the Bible outside of Sunday mornings. 4th-5th Grade:This is where children are starting to form their very own walk with God. It is no longer just their parent’s faith. Through interactive Bible Studies, crafts, and games, the kids are engaged at their level. They are challenged as well to read their Bibles every day to fall in love with God. |
