The following Servant Equipping stages are designed for anyone that desires to serve at CCWO. They were selected to give understanding of our philosophy here at CCWO, keeping us on the same page as a team. They were also selected to EQUIP each volunteer to serve. Please have the first stage done before serving, and the other three stages can be completed the next 6-12 months. Thanks so much for your heart to serve Jesus at CCWO.

Stage 1:
- Accepted Christ
- Water Baptized
- Read and agree with “What We Believe“
- Read and agree with Philosophy of Ministry(may also be purchased at the resource table)
- Purposing to study God’s Word Daily (Bible in two years/ Proverb a day)
- View or listen to Vision Series
Stage 2:
- Actively involved in a CK Group (CCWO Small Group)
- Completed the blue “One to One Discipleship” workbook.
- Read “Why Grace Changes Everything” (Study Guide Optional)
Stage 3:
- Read “The Holy Spirit” by Bob Coy
- Actively serving on a ministry team at CCWO
- Read “Calvary Distinctives” (Study Guide Optional)
Stage 4:
- Read “Calvinism, Arminianism and the Word of God“
- Read ”On Being a Servant of God” by Warren Wiersbe
- Read “Spiritual Leadership” by J Oswald Sanders
- Viewed Biblical Counseling Class Online (email for instructions)
